Victor Atta Dakwa, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Victor Atta Dakwa earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law in 2025, where he served as President of the Intellectual Property and Technology Association and Vice President of the Black Law Student Association.
Before law school, Victor worked in senior living management, serving vulnerable adults. That experience shaped his perspective and reinforced the importance of patience, trust, and treating every person with dignity.
After law school, Victor practiced civil litigation before turning his focus to immigration law. Seeing family members, friends, and others in his community navigate the immigration process gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges many people face and the difference thoughtful legal counsel can make.

Malcolm Gapher, PMP.
Senior Paralegal
Malcolm Gapher brings over a decade of experience in immigration law and case management. He holds an AILA Paralegal Certificate and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Over his career, Malcolm has managed immigration matters across family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian categories. His work reflects a genuine passion for helping individuals and families navigate important transitions and move toward their goals.
Malcolm has also helped launch a law office from the ground up and has helped start, scale, manage, and operate several businesses. These experiences have given him a practical understanding of the challenges individuals and entrepreneurs face when building their next chapter.
At Selah, Malcolm serves as Senior Paralegal, working closely with clients and supporting the firm's operations.
